An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated accounts professional to join their team based in Melbourne's CBD for a period of 3 months. Position Description Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and working within a small team, you will be responsible for: High volume processing of invoices daily Resolve invoice discrepancies Reconciliations Setting up new vendors and suppliers Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required Ideal Candidate To be considered successful in the role, you will possess the following attributes: Previous experience within Accounts Payable A keen eye for detail High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Desire to work autonomously as well as in a team environment Prior experience in a large ERP system advantageous Additional Benefits Central CBD Office Location Commence ASAP in your new role!
